Dr. Gallant has helped ACH patients with cleft palate and many other medical problems for 30 years. A graduate of Yale Medical School, he came to All Children's upon completing his fellowship training in pediatric plastic surgery at Case Western

Dr. Elias is a native of S. Florida and has been practicing in St. Petersburg since 1991. Dr. Elias has been an active member of the American Society for Plastic Surgeons for over 25 years.
