Matthew Swelstad, Duane O. Hartshorn

Dr. Swelstad completed his plastic surgery training at the University of Wisconsin and a craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dr. Hartshorn is a facial plastic surgeon, who completed his otolaryngology training at the University of Michigan.
