Dr. Jeffrey Swail started his education at University of Manitoba in Canada, where he has got Master Degree, the he studied General Surgery Residency in Queens University and Plastic Surgery Residency in Dalhousie University. Since 1995 Dr. Jeffrey Swail had been in  private practice.
