Dr. Topol is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the American Association of Hand Surgeons, and the American Burn Association. Dr. Topol entered Northwestern University Medical School and graduated in 1980. He then completed an Internship in General Surgery at the University of California –San Diego. Dr. Topol was accepted into the Plastic Surgery residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
