Stephen Small

Dr. Small is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Small completed a burn and reconstructive surgery fellowship at New York Medical College, Westchester Medical Center. He furthered his plastic surgery training as chief resident at Ohio University, South Pointe Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Health System. Dr. Stephen E.
