Eugene J. Cherny, M.D.

Eugene J. Cherny, M.D., F.A.C.S., is the director of Heartland Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He studied medicine at Rush Medical College in his hometown of Chicago. Dr. Cherny has been practicing in Des Moines since 1989 and is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. As one of the few members in Iowa of the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, he has been awarded three times the certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery.
