Carl Delos Reyes

Dr. Carl de los Reyes is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Oahu HI and Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He finished is General Surgery residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Ohio and completed his fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Minnesota.
