Edwin Chang, M.D.

Residency: University of Michigan Health System. Dr. Chang is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc (ABPS) and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons Inc (ASPS). He has been practicing in Spokane since 2008 and was incorporated with Spokane Plastic Surgeons, P.S. in 2010. Dr. Chang is also a member of the Inland Northwest Plastic Surgeons Cooperative.
