Dr. McMillan's surgical training, both general surgery and plastic surgery, took place at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In March 2010, Dr. McMillan opened Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery in Kirkland. This allowed her to realize her dream of creating a state-of the art facility to provide elite service for all of her cosmetic plastic surgery patients in the greater Seattle area, including Bellevue, and Kirkland.
