Dr. Carlton Scroggins

Carlton Scroggins, M.D. is a noted plastic surgeon in the Washington DC / Baltimore area specializing in cosmetic breast surgery and body contouring for almost 20 years. Dr. Scroggins completed a 5 year general surgery residency at Howard University Hospital along with a 1 year head & neck fellowship at District of Columbia General Hospital. He completed his plastic surgery residency at St. Louis University in 1988 and then completed a microsurgery fellowship in Washington along with a cosmetic fellowship in Miami, Florida in 1988. For the last 5 years he has been chief of Plastic Surgery at Prince George's Hospital Center.
